We want you to love what you wear. If a piece is not right for you, unopened items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund.

To begin a return, write to info@brigittearnaud.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

For reasons of hygiene, fragrances and skincare can only be returned if their seal is intact and the product is unused. Discovery sets and samples are not eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

If your order arrived damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us within forty-eight hours so we can make it right.
